Migraine Pillow

Description

This is a luxuriously soft pillow with great weight (double the weight of our Eye Pillows – almost a pound), approx. 5″ x 10.5″ and 14 oz. The removable cover is a  all natural 100% cotton. The inner pillow is all natural 100% cotton muslin.

Store in the freezer for using over the eyes or forehead or warm and place behind neck to relax tight neck muscles that may trigger migraines.

Choose NO HERBS if there is a concern over aromas causing nausea.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 45-60 seconds (Microwaves vary). Ensure pillow rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
