Place over eyes to aid rest and relaxation. Gentle weight around the eye area reduces tension and headaches. Helps reduce migraine and sinus headaches. Also reduces puffiness and eyestrain after computer use. Warm for headaches, chill for migraines. Use at room temperature for relaxation. Print on one side, soft French Twill solid on the other side. TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 15-20 seconds.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
