Description

The Body Wrap is designed for numerous uses and relieves pain from injury, strain, arthritis & cramping. Place along knees, ankles & elbows. Use over abdomen or drape down the center of your chest to offer a very nurturing calm (Not suggested for use over shoulders) Removable washable cover, approx. 6″ x 25″ and 3.6 lbs.

TO WARM: Place on clean plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes (Microwaves vary). Fold pillow so it rotates freely and does not touch inner wall of microwave.

TO CHILL: Protect in sealed plastic bag and store in freezer.
